Spark launched in 2018, providing a modern take on traditional Caribbean street food and BBQ dishes. Following our critically-acclaimed inaugural year, including being listed on Michelin’s 2019 Bib Gourmand list, we are excited to transition to a full-time private event space with catering by Executive Chef Peter Prime.
