PRIVATE EVENTS & TASTING DINNERS

Spark launched in 2018, providing a modern take on traditional Caribbean street food and BBQ dishes. Following our critically-acclaimed inaugural year, including being listed on Michelin’s 2019 Bib Gourmand list, we are excited to transition to a full-time private event space with catering by Executive Chef Peter Prime. CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Let Chef Peter make your Christmas dinner planning a little easier and a lot tastier this year. Please place all orders by 5pm on December 19th. Pick-up on Sunday, December 23, 2018. Chef Prime will provide you with complete reheating instructions for a perfect holiday meal.

After your order is placed, our holiday promotion manager will confirm your order via email and arrange payment.
